As a value-added distributor, we work alongside our customers to provide the best solution on the basis of the current situation, to the drafting of the overall solution project; to the risk analysis to the evaluation of the cost-benefit ratio; to the management of the change to the recommendations for the implementation phases, as well as the implementation itself.
DEVELOPMENT
EKEBU carries out both systems and application integration activities. We develop custom software services in the main development languages. Working with the client to help him define the Product Backlog and manage priorities. We produce software that works in short cycles of 1 or 2 weeks. We use tests (unitary, functional, performance) to guaranteeing software qualityThrough our qualified staff we offer services of Help Desk and Technical assistance, On site and Remote SUPPORT, with maximum flexibility and reduced risks.
We offer training and training courses for the main solutions in the HP portfolio: HP Network Node Manager, HP Network Node Manager i, HP Operation Manager, HP Asset Manager, HP Service Manager, HP UCMDB.
TRAINING and EDUCATION SERVICES
All courses can be delivered in Dedicated Mode with the choice of contents, times and venue; already in the design phase one of our consultants will illustrate the training plan to the customer with the possibility for the latter to modify the contents based on his own needs, subsequently one of our teachers will verify the didactic coherence of the contents and establish the duration based on to which the offer will be determined.Together we can identify the required performance and analyze the requirements of a solution that can integrate classroom training and on-the-job training.
